A pipeline that takes a business from no brand to a finished brand book.

The problem

Brand work is slow because every stage waits on the one before it, and the output is a static document that starts drifting the day it ships.

How it works

01Seven phases from strategy through visual identity, verbal identity, and applications, with coherence checks between stages so the voice cannot contradict the positioning.
02The output is a portable data file rather than a slide deck, which then renders into presentations, documents, and a web portal.
03A scoring pass grades the result across six dimensions before it is allowed to ship.
